This is a meditation series that is offered for all levels of the Reiki system. Each meditation focuses on different concepts of the Reiki system. Allowing to you to have a deeper awareness of the energies within.
Whether you are new to meditation, looking for new ways to meditate or just want to join the conversation. This series will include mantra meditation, meditation on the breath, sound meditation, body scan/yoga nidra, loving kindness meditation, Chanting, and Creative Arts. Helping you to quiet the mind and enter a state of relaxation. If you think you can’t meditate or want to go deeper this is the series for you.
