Sound Energy- Sound Healing is a stress reduction technique that utilizes sound vibrations to help encourage healing of the mind, body, and soul. Sound is not just something we hear, but also something that can affect us on a cellular level. Each session utilizes singings bowls, drums, and gongs to help you experience a deep state of relaxation and quiet the mind as your brain patterns gently adjust to the sound waves .
